Shenzhen Shine Solar Co., Ltd ("Shine ") ensure its products to be free from material or workmanship defective for a period from the date of sale, and will replace the defective parts and repair malfunctioning products under this warranty when the defect occurs under normal installation and use, please return the unit to our factory or our authorized service stations via prepaid freight cost with a proof copy of purchase (i.e., sales receipt). This warranty provides that the returned product must with manufacturing defect. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or where the date code has been removed or defaced. SHINE shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is freely transferable during the term of the warranty period.
